The Technical Unit, which serves under the General Secretariat of the Access Providers Association (ESB);
“In line with the aims and needs of the Association, voluntary organs may created with the decision of the General Assembly to fulfill the necessary work and operations, to establish and operate infrastructure and systems; may establish technical, administrative, legal sub-units and expertise groups.” The technical unit established in accordance with this regulation, provides the necessary technical support for the transmission of court decisions to the access providers more quickly and safely.
