Access Providers Association (ESB)

The purpose of the Association is to ensure that the access blocking decisions outside the scope of Article 8 of Law No. 5651 (except for the cases of removal from broadcast, etc.) are implemented.
The Association is an organization that is formed with the participation of all internet service providers authorized within the scope of Electronic Communication Law dated 5/11/2008 and No. 5809 and other operators providing internet access services and provides coordination.
